Please welcome: Offrian 12 Year Old Rum
Offrian means "to offer," in Old English and explain the mysterious and poetic process known as Angel Share, by which the celestial beings visit the cellars and take some of the rum from the wooden casks. This is the natural phenomenon of evaporation that takes place during the entire aging period.
Those angels have a special predilection for Don Pancho’s Rums, the legendary Rum Master.
Born in Cuba, he is known as one of the best craftsman of rum in the world.
Due to the tropical climate and humidity level of Panama, the evaporation rate in Don Pancho´s cellars is one of the highest known in the Caribbean. This amount returned to nature contributes significantly to the elegance, flavor and finesse of our nectars.
