Weather conditions
Long winter, very cold and very short summer with very high temperatures. The vineyard's yield in this combination of soil and weather, leads to very special grapes.
Harvest
The harvest takes place in the 3rd and 4th week of September at night as well as the first morning hours. The yield varied from 3,000 kg to 6,000 per. hectares depending on the situation from vineyard to vineyard.
Production process
The selected grapes are gently pressed when they reach the cellar prior to fermentation, which lasts 12 days at a temperature of 18º C.
The wine
Yellow hue color with green hints. The nose is intense and offers sweet fruit as well as green herbs and white flowers. The mouth has a nice acid that gives a lasting aftertaste.
