The winter was very cold, but the summer was extremely hot and dry with good temperature differences between day and night.
The harvest was carried out in early October 2014. Alcoholic fermentation in containers using controlled temperatures of 26º-28ºC.
In addition, the wine is stored for 12 months on barrels of American oak (75%) and French oak (25%), where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Color: Deep, bright red with cherry hues on the edges.
Fragrance: Intense and complex with spicy aromas with hints of toast, cocoa and vanilla. Even balsamic aromas.
Taste: The wine is crispy and balanced with ripe, sweet tannins: a result of oak ripening. The taste also offers great balsamic notes.
