Palate: dry and flovoursome, it has an extremly fine and lively perlage with persistent fruity notes.
Suggestions for serving: ideal for important occasions. At tabel it is an ideal accompaniment to mussels, oysters and shellfish, and baked or grilled dishes.
Serving temperatur: 6° - 8°, serve immediately after opening.
