Wine-making process : The harvest is fully de-stalked and extraction is optimised thanks to immersion of the skins. The fermentation requires 3 weeks on average, but the exact time required depends on the grapes' phenolic maturity.
Wine sensory analysis : Visual aspect: intense ruby colour.
Olfactory description: deep and intense bouquet with notes of black fruit reminiscent of blackcurrant and spice.
Tasting: Smooth and potent wine. Elegant and well structured.

Best served between 16 and 18°C.
