The flavors during bottle storage of Rosé des Riceys make these rosé wines exceptional. The longer you store the bottles, the wilder a development. This 2014 vintage is in the fresher section of the many vintages. It is carried by fresh new berries, light in style and with a nice acidity. It can be drunk now, but also stored in the basement for a number of years.
