The flavors during bottle storage of Rosé des Riceys make these rosé wines exceptional. The longer you store the bottles, the wilder a development. This 2012 vintage has a nice high acid content. It is ruby red, and smells of strawberry jam and apricots. The taste has a high acidity, herb tendencies and cranberries. It is very characterful. Cellar wine at its best!
