This vintage from 2010 is especially good due to the climate of the same year. The year is comparable to 1996 and the harvest was incredibly beautiful with very ripe grapes. This has created a unique vintage Champagne, which is a blend of the two grapes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
For dinner:
This champagne goes well with fatty fish and foie gras. Can also be matched with duck and cheese.
