This is the house’s flagship and the most important cuvée in the series as Pinot Noir runs in the veins of the house. The champagne is beautifully balanced and offers both an elegant dryness and a fresh and fruity flavor profile. Its bubbles are very fine and long-lasting.
Its nose is fresh and intense with tasty hints of gooseberries, cherries and fresh quince.
For dinner:
This wine is beautifully suited to seafood such as fresh salmon, but can also go for veal and beef. Can also be enjoyed with or without food.
