The coffee is designed to drink side by side with armagnac, which is a grape-based liquor type originating in the south of France. Often naturally sweet and fruity, Armagnac goes well with the deep and round chocolate flavor that Tanzania Shangri La Arabica coffee brings to the experience.
These freshly roasted coffee beans are of the Arabica type Bourbon and originate from the Shangri La coffee farm in Tanzania. The coffee is grown on slopes located at an altitude of 1700 meters near the Ngorongoro Crater. In the volcanic soil, they grow up to 90-year-old coffee bushes, which give us the fresh and ripe berries that are hand-picked, washed and dried.
