Lost Drams Collection – Single Cask – Cask Strength
Here you get a delicious whisky from Tamdhu Distillery in Speyside, Scotland. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2018, and is 20 years old. It has been agedon a Bourbon Hogshead cask with the number 18-2003. There are only 161 bottles of this bottling. The whisky has been bottled at 53.3% alcohol.
Lost Drams Collection is specially selected single casks that are stored between 20-30 years. Whiskey from a bygone era - lost drams.
"Tamdhu" is Gaelic and means "small dark hill". The distillery first opened in 1896 and is today owned by Ian Macleod Distillers, who re-opened the distillery in 2012 after it closed down in 2009.
