In the 2017 series, the Antique Lions of Spirits have chosen to bottle one of the classic Islay whiskeys, named Bowmore. Known for being one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, Bowmore is known and loved the world over for its smoked taste profile. Classic Bowmore often tastes very salty and, not least, smoked. This bottling from Antique Lions of Spirits is 25 years old and only 248 bottles exist! In addition to being a magnificent glass of old whiskey, it is also an extravagant design studio. Craftsmanship, art and taste come together i great harmoni.
The whiskey comes from a bourbon cask and has been maturing for 25 years. The whiskey has been bottled by 48.7% alcohol. Distilled back in 1991 - bottled in 2017 - a very exclusive whiskey from Bowmore.
