At the Domaine de Paguy, the Darzacq family produces highly regarded armagnac. The family has seven hectares of vineyards with about 45 years old vines with the grape varieties Baco, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche. Their master distiller Gironi works with a continuous distillation process where no more than 53% alcohol is obtained. For the cask storage, they use oak from the local forest.
Darroze Collection Unique Vintage 2005 Domaine de Paguy is bottled at 49.7% alcohol strength and consists of 45% Baco, 45% Ugni Blanc and 10% Folle Blanche.
