At Domaine de Couzard Lassalle Mr. Cazenave produces Bas-Armagnac. Here you will find 13 hectares of vineyards with about 40 years old vines with the grape variety Folle Blanche. The master distiller Dargelos works with a continuous distillation process where no more than 60% alcohol is obtained. For the cask aging, they use oak from the local forest.
Darroze Collection Unique Vintage 2002 Domaine de Couzard Lassalle is bottled at 49.5% alcohol and consists of 100% Folle Blanche. This Bas-Armagnac has spent 16 years on oak barrels.
