At Domaine au Martin, Jean-Luc produces Deyres produces Bas-Armagnac. Here you will find 3.5 hectares of vineyards with about 35 years old vines with the grape varieties Baco, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard. Deyres works with a continuous distillation process where no more than 53% alcohol is obtained. For the cask storage, they use oak from the local forest.
Darroze Collection Unique Vintage 1998 Domaine au Martin is bottled at 48.7% alcohol and consists of Baco, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard. This Bas-Armagnac has spent a full 20 years on oak barrels.
