Domaine de Lamarquette has belonged to the Martres family for several generations. Around the farm you will find 3 hectares of vineyards with about 25 year old vines with the Baco grape variety. Roumat distills the entire production and works with a continuous distillation process where only 55% alcohol is obtained. For the cask storage, they use oak from the local forest. Darroze Bas-Armagnac's Vintage 1989 Domain de Barigos is bottled at 49.7% cask strength and consists of 100% Baco.
